Dr. Akanksha Mishra

Founder | IIT Alumna | Certified Career Counsellor

Dr. Akanksha Mishra is an accomplished academician and Certified Career Counsellor with 14+ years of experience in mentoring students and guiding them toward meaningful career choices. Inspired by her deep empathy for students’ confusion during crucial academic decisions, she has dedicated her career to helping young minds find clarity about their strengths, interests, and goals.
A PhD graduate from IIT Dhanbad and M.Tech from Thapar University, Dr. Akanksha brings extensive university-level teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering. She has published multiple research papers in reputed journals and holds several patents, showcasing her strong academic foundation and innovative approach.

Combining her academic expertise with evidence-based counselling tools—such as psychometric assessments and personalised mentoring—she offers structured guidance for stream selection, career planning after Class 12, and academic improvement. Her mission is to empower students with the confidence and clarity needed to make informed, fulfilling career decisions.
